In the first hour of a disaster, information scatters across a dozen agency sites. Most apps tell you something happened. Trinetra shows the official evacuation zone you are in, the nearest open shelter, and which way the wind is pushing a fire — and, on the other 364 days, what to fix at home before the next one.

The Outer Eye (Watcher)
16 hazard feeds on one map — earthquakes, wildfires, floods, and more — refreshed every few minutes. Built on public data from USGS, NWS, NIFC, NOAA, FEMA, and Cal OES (no affiliation).
The Inner Eye (Coach)
On-device AI coach (Coach Kai) delivers personalized preparedness guidance. Before/During/After checklists for every hazard type.
The Third Eye (Truth)
An AI-assisted home-hardening checklist (Berkeley EMBER / NFPA 1144). Every submission is hash-chained on an append-only ledger — advisory, not a certified inspection.
Offline? The map still works.
The hazard map, Coach Kai, and your inspection draft are cached on your phone and keep working without a connection. An SOS you send offline is queued and delivered the moment any connection returns — cellular, Wi-Fi, or satellite-to-phone service where your carrier offers it.
Phone-to-phone relay for the last stretch when nothing else connects is in research, not yet available. It will depend on other Trinetra users nearby and is not a substitute for your phone’s built-in satellite SOS. We’ll say it works when we’ve measured it.

Evidence you control.
Every home-hardening walk is recorded on a hash-chained, append-only ledger. Photos stay on your phone; a fingerprint (hash) of each one is anchored so it can later be shown unaltered. Sharing an actual photo — with an inspector, or with your insurer — is your explicit choice, never the default.
